Individual or groups of two or more members - Long-term coverage available from one month up to five years for educational programs.

Int'l Student Health Insurance - Standard & Platinum Plans - Designed for individuals or groups of two or more students or scholars participating in a sponsored study abroad program, and desire an annually renewable comprehensive medical plan. This plan meets student visa requirements, includes benefits for maternity, mental health, organized sports and international emergency care.

Plan 3: International Student Health Insurance: Underwritten by " UnitedHealthCare Insurance"
The plan Meet All J1, J2 or F1 Visa Requirements- International Students, Scholars & Families, while studying/teaching in USA

Who is eligible to enroll? - All international students, scholars or other persons with a current passport who: 1) are engaged in educational activities; and 2) are temporarily located outside his/her home country as a non resident alien; and 3) have not obtained permanent residency status in the U.S. are eligible to enroll in this plan. Those enrolled in an English language or similar program or an Optional Practical Training Program or with an F or J visa are also eligible to enroll in this plan. Students must actively attend classes for at least the first 31days after the date for which coverage is purchased with the exception of those with a J visa or those engaged in an Optional Practical Training Program. Eligible students may also insure their Dependents. Eligible Dependents are the student's spouse and dependent children under 26 years of age.

Plan 5: Student Health Insurance: Int'l Students, Scholars & Families, while studying/teaching in USA

Student Health Insurance - is International Medical, Evacuation and Repatriation insurance for International Students, Scholars and their Families, while studying or teaching in the USA. The rates are per person per month. The minimum coverage is one month up to a maximum of one year which can be paid monthly. This plan meets visa requirements.

Products Plan Overview:
This is an annual Evacuation and Repatriation only plan. You must have a major medical health plan in order to purchase this plan. This plan is an Evacuation and Repatriation plan for students, scholars, faculty members, and their families. It covers Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation and other Assistance Services. It meets the visa requirements for J1, F1, and other visas where the US government requires this coverage in addition to a Major Medical plan. This plan meets and exceeds J1/J2 regulations effective 5/15/2015. Rates are annual per person
